Please review these booking policies before confirming your holiday with Travel Earth.

1. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
A deposit amount must be paid to secure the booking.
Full payment must be made before the travel date — 7 days prior.
Prices may change due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or supplier changes.
Any issues must be reported immediately during the trip.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation charges apply as per supplier (airline/hotel) policies.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting service charges.
No refund for unused services or "no-shows".
The company will charge a ₹3000 service charge.

3. Changes & Amendments

Any changes to bookings may incur additional charges.
Changes are subject to availability and supplier approval.
Last-minute modifications may not be possible.

4. Liability

The agency is not responsible for:

Flight delays or cancellations.
Loss or damage of baggage.
