Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation charges

• Cancellation charges apply as per the individual supplier (airline / hotel / activity) policies applicable to your booking.
• A service charge of ₹3000 is levied by Travel Earth on cancellations.

2. Refunds

• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after deducting supplier cancellation charges and our service charges.
• No refund is provided for unused services or "no-shows".
• Refund timelines depend on the processing time of the respective suppliers and payment providers.

3. Changes & amendments

• Any changes to a confirmed booking may incur additional charges.
• Changes are subject to availability and supplier approval.
• Last-minute modifications may not be possible.

4. How to request a cancellation
